Comparison
Enterprise SaaS & AI access governance (formerly Trelica)
Trelica was acquired by 1Password (announced January 2025) and is now 1Password SaaS Manager, part of their enterprise Extended Access Management platform — a 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader focused on SaaS discovery, access governance, and AI spend. The old Trelica free tier is gone. SeatPrune covers the job many SMBs actually used Trelica for: license waste visibility, self-serve, cheaply.
Enterprise platform pricing, quote-based, annual contract. The former 50-employee free tier is no longer offered.
Flat bands — free up to 200 users, $10/mo up to 300 users, $29/mo up to 1,000 users, $79/mo unlimited, $15/tenant/mo for MSPs. No per-user fees, ever.
The math: For a 500-user org: enterprise SMP pricing typically lands $9,000–$18,000+/year. SeatPrune Business: $348/year.
